Kate Marie Roe, 36, of Parkersburg passed away on November 13, 2017. Kate was born to George Edward Roe and Merry Gwen Anderson on February 5, 1981.   Kate is survived by her parents George and Merry Roe, and her husband Joseph Doyle.
