Joyce E. Tatem

Joyce E. Tatem, born on January 7, 1936, in Kenosha, Wisconsin, passed away on October 28, 2024 in Prescott Valley, Arizona. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose warm spirit and unwavering kindness touched the lives of all who knew her.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Ersilia Pauloni; her siblings, Lana Pauloni (Sister Chiara O.P.), Gloria Mikolaicyk, Mary Smolik, Chester Pauloni, and Fred Paul; and her beloved grandchild, Brian Alexander Bock.

She is survived by her spouse of 59 years, Robert Tatem and her devoted children, Thomas Tatem, Stephanie Murphy and Angela Silveira, along with numerous surviving family members who cherished her deeply. Joyce's legacy lives on through her grandchildren, Devin, Baylee, and Jake, who were the lights of her life.

A lifelong member of the Catholic Church, Joyce had a profound faith and was deeply committed to St. Germaine and Sacred Heart Roman Catholic churches. She volunteered her time generously, always eager to lend a helping hand and never missing an opportunity to assist others. Her faith and community spirit were a guiding force in her life.

Joyce's love for her family was boundless, and she treasured every moment spent with them. Her sharp wit and compassionate heart brought joy to those around her. Her absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of many, and she will be missed beyond measure.
