I was searching the internet for Joy's address to let her know of my own mother's passing and came upon this. I have such fond memories of Joy growing up as I spent a good part of my childhood friends with Sunny and Bannon. Once my young daughter met her but couldn't remember her name, she only remembered that she felt happy being around her. Much love to the Lundy family. My prayers are with you.

Giving my condolences to Joy's family. Joy was well named as she brought such joy to others! It was honor to serve alongside her in BSF.

Joy’s name is so befitting of her. One could not help but smile when interacting with her. Her smile was infectious. Joy’s life was a testament to her love for Jesus. Her gracious, humble and loving personality drew people to her. Her deep trust and faith in God was evident in how she lived her life. I will miss her glittery boots during the winter season. I will miss her smiles and hugs. I will miss Joy. We may not see you for a little while Joy, but so looking forward to reuniting with you in heaven! I’m so glad you are home Joy. Love you!

Joy- You were a beautiful example of our Jesus! You loved others well, intentionally and were constantly putting others before yourself! I want to be like you when I grow up! And, like other's, I'll miss hearing, "I love you, honey." I love that you're living your best life with your Jesus! 💜

Joy’s life was full and rich and she blessed ALL who were near with her compassion and her love. Her smile was infectious and she exuded the love of her Savior. I loved and will remember her story of responding with a “yes” and returning to the BSF leaders’ circle for the Revelation study to serve and bless her ladies. Her generosity of her time, her resources, her service to those in need, teaching at Sunday school, care of children, opening of her home to others won’t be forgotten. The impact of her words and actions was tremendous. Joy blessed me with her trust, encouragement and her “I love you honey’s”. I love you too, sweet Joy!

In every memory I have of Joy, she is smiling, her face radiating friendliness and joy. What a privilege to have known her!
