Last week our family lost our sweet and spirited Joy.  She loved hugs, farts, causing trouble, loud noises, music, and animals. She thought every rendition of Happy Birthday was for her. She refused to play by anyone else's rules, and in doing so more than doubled her expected life. Her smile lit up the room and her laugh could brighten any day. She left a permanent mark on those that met her. We are so happy that our one of a kind Unicorn is no longer in pain, but we will dearly miss having her in our lives.
