I don't know John that well. I have met him a few times, mainly at dinners, in the last 20 or so years. I found him friendly, warm and had a good sense of humor. I don't have any photos to share but I can distinctly remember the last time we met: dinner at Prime Ribs Steak House in August three years ago. We had a great time and I will never forget that evening. May he rest in peace.

John was a friendly, open, and generous cousin-in-law. I still remember his very warm hospitality when I visited the family and stayed at his place in San Francisco many years ago. He has a welcoming sense of humor, and lots of common sense in his world view. The last time I saw him was when he visited Vancouver a few years ago, attending the birthday celebration of my aunt (his mother-in-law). I loved interacting with him, and listening to his jokes and his approach in life. He is sadly missed. Rest In Peace, John. My deepest condolence to my beloved cousin Teresa, and my nephews Brian and Jason.
