Tracey Vadera
As a family we are all so sad to hear of the passing of Neil Andrew. He gave Dad (Peter Miller )his 1st job in politics. He was so gentle and kind and we know Dad would always speak fondly of his time spent working for Neil. He would have been so touched that Neil attended his funeral in August 2023. We would like his family to know we are all thinking of them and sending our love to them during this sad time. The world has lost a special man! Gill, Tracey and Vicky x
Angus Taylor
More than two decades on from his retirement, Neil is still remembered as one of the best Speakers – fair and firm, with an outstanding depth of knowledge of the Standing Orders, and a man who respected tradition.
People Forever (tribute site)
Andrew is remembered as the presiding officer at the parliament's centenary, and the Speaker who refused to vote to keep his own job.
Family (including niece Nicola Centofanti)
We will remember his warmth, his wisdom, his sense of humour and the genuine interest he took in the lives of those around him.
