Joe Leonard Rael passed away peacefully on January 26, 2008, when he was called home by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, surrounded by his loving family. Joe was a loving husband; a good son; and the greatest dad ever. He was a hard worker and a very wise man. He was preceded in death by his dad, Joe Rael, Sr. and his brother, David Rael. He is survived by his wife, Maria; mother, Mary; and children Joe and Christina. The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the Potter's House Christian Center, 3732 Cerrillos Road; inurnment will take place immediately following the service at Memorial Garden, 417 E. One thing I always remembered my dad saying was us as humans live to die and die to live so when he passed away his words gave me a kind of ease in my heart and hope it'll do the same for who ever is reading this. Also I do believe that my dad made it to heaven so to see him again we got to prepare to be there with him. quote of dad: U can't make it to heaven on good deeds alone but by having a personal relationship with God scripture from dad: Matt.6:33
