So sorry to hear of Jason’s passing. I was his English teacher at PVHS. He was a gentle giant and had a sunny personality, hence his nickname, “Sunshine”. May he Rest In Peace.

Sylvia my deepest condolences for your loss. I met Jason once he was three years old, holding Aunt Anita's hand. I remember his beautiful smile standing next to his grandma. Rest in peace Jason. Mary Rose and Chris Gerling

Rest in peace, my friend. I cherish our many chats over the years, and I am grateful for the mutual support we shared. You are missed, but you remain in my heart, my friend, and the hearts of those you touched in your 34 short years. Rest easy now.

Jason was such a wonderful person. From the moment I met him he was so warm and friendly. Truly a giant teddy bear. He cared so deeply about all of his friends and family and always kept in contact with me even after I moved back to Colorado. I will miss you so much Jason. I am so sad of the loss but happy you are no longer in pain and no longer have to deal with an unfair battle against an awful disease. My love and prayers go out to everyone who knew and loved Sunshine. RIP Biggest brightest Panda Bear. Love from your cousin, Fay.
