Jason Robert Dugan, of Saint Petersburg, FL, passed away on December 23, 2020. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother and a brother. He worked as an electrician, and a landscaper. He helped his parents with home improvements, often. He loved his kitties, and stayed a loyal friend to many people from high school. He was a gentle soul with a heart of gold. He will be dearly missed by many.
