Jason R. "Pops" Aguayo passed away peacefully on September 29, 2022. Born May 18, 1974 in Los Angeles, CA.

Jason is survived by his wife, Kecia Aguayo and his children Miles and Maya Aguayo; his mother Martha Aguayo; his father and wife Salvador Aguayo and Lori Ramirez; his Jensen Jesse Coronel; his brother and wife Christopher and Stephanie Aguayo; his sister Beaté and husband Tim Tournas; and his nieces Gabi Aguayo, Isabella Tournas and nephew Sam Aguayo.

Jason R. "Pops" Aguayo was referred to in many ways; Pops, JA, The Godfather, Jensen, and Poppa. He was the life and soul of the party or any room he entered. He was often referred to as a musical genius. He could name any song and was wealth of knowledge. Those who knew him well knows he rarely turned away from a debate.

JA took pride in training and developing his people into leaders. Nothing fulfilled him more than to see one of his own step into a leadership role.

His many passions included reading, journaling, playing guitar, food and all things culinary, tennis, bocce ball, movies, music, travel and great conversation.

Jason was a hard working father and husband who loved his family with everything he had in him. He will be greatly missed by family, friends and co-workers.

Jason was cremated and his ashes were spread into the Pacific Ocean. A small private ceremony was held for his close friends and immediate family. The rest of his ashes were divided into urns and shared with his family.
