James Eugene Turner

Talk about the life of the party, the music starts when he arrives. James also known as Tooney, was a man who lived in the moment of now. If the time was short, then he was going to make every snap of the finger count. James Eugene Turner served in the military. At the young age of 17, he enlisted in the army. He was a soldier in the Army, a vet of the Vietnam War. James was a father of two (Janeke & James), brother to many siblings, a grandfather to 8 grandchildren, a widow of Carolyn Turner. If you have ever been to his home, you would have seen all the pictures of various family members. He was very proud of his family. For those of you who spent time with dad on a regular, playing spades, slappin bones, sharing a cold one, or just sitting and sharing airish conversation... let me just say, you all made a great difference in his day.
