Jacob "Jesus" Dean Shattuck-Anderson

I met Jacob thru a mutual friend. The winter I met him we walked out on the frozen lake together. A few months later he went back to Oregon.. 2 years later Jacob called me, wanting to hang out an catch up. The next morning I walked into the Mauston Wi Bent and Dent, an standing next to me was Jacob, we both hugged each other an every day after that for 2 weeks we just hung out as friends. First week in March 2024, we were officially a couple, an stayed that way. We were very much in love with each other, only apart wen we worked. That is until May, 31st. 2026, My precious Baby Jacob, was taken from me, due to an accidental, but very deadly, FENTYNOL POISONING!! I found him a half hour to late, We restarted his heartbeat, an he was ventilated, But he was deemed completely Brain Dead... 4 days later Jacob was transported to UW Madison Hospital, so he could use his organs to save 5 other people.
