Memorial

Isaac Mariano Martinez, infant son of David Martinez and Erin Martinez, passed away on Wednesday, February 13, 2008. His parents were at his side when little Isaac went to join all the other angels in God's kingdom. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfather, Mariano Vigil, whom he was named after; great-grandmother's: Stella Martinez and Martha Martinez; grandfather, Wilfred Martinez and cousins: Andrew and Allen Vigil. He is survived by his great-grandmother, Martha P. Vigil of Sombrillo; grandparents: Joseph and Yvette Martinez of Sombrillo; uncles: Joseph and Julian Martinez of Sombrillo; aunts: Janice Martinez of Chimayo and Tracy Romero of Rio Chama; Godparents: Adrian Vigil and Eleanor Martinez and other cousins and relatives. A graveside service was held on Saturday, February 16, 2008 at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery at 1:00 p.m. The Rivera Family of Block-Salazar Mortuary. Telephone (505) 753-2288 or 1-800-443-4854.

I do not know you, but I do feel your pain and know what going through. We lost our daughter last year. She is buried next to your son. I want to know that although your heart seems broken know, it will heal and you will feel happiness once again. You and your family will remain in my thought and prayers. If you need to talk please don't hesitate to get a hold of me. If you have noticed little things left on his grave, it's from my husband and I. God Bless you and your family.

Our beautiful little angel is watching over all of us. He touched so many lives in the short time he was with us which I am sure was Gods intentions. I believe there is a reason for what happened and maybe someday we will get it. He is in good hands with family that really loves him. You know that I will always be there for you. I love you.
