Harold Toby Garcia, 64, of Questa passed away on May 15, 2016.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Alfredo and Adonaisa Cisneros, brothers, Patrick, Kenny and Gary Garcia.  He is survived by his wife, Louise Arellano, son, Anthony, many siblings, other relatives and friends.
A service was held on May 20, 2016. At Living Word Ministries.  Arrangements by Rivera Family Funeral Home. This obituary is protected by copyright laws, unauthorized use or duplication is prohibited.
