Gary gave me my first job at Food King in Amarillo. Such a great man! We are praying for your family Kim. He is such a blessing to so many!

Kim, I am so sorry to hear this news. Gary was a great man. He was always kind and will be greatly missed by everyone. He was great at everything he did. The best memory I have of him was on a Sunday at Food King. It was slow and I asked him if I could go home. He told me to find something to do. I spent another 30 min. or so and told him again that there was nothing to do. He handed me a corner broom and made me sweep the parking lot. I always found something that needed to be done after that. My family and I are praying for you and yours during this difficult time. Blain & Tanya Burton

So sorry for your loss and my condolences to your family. I was one of Gary’s classmates in THS class of 1970. I have many fond memories of him and was saddened to hear of his passing.

Kim, I am so sad to hear this. He was incredible to work for, hard working, kind, and patient with all the teens and young adults working at the store. He was smart and humble. He was so considerate on the way he scheduled around each of us each week. I will be praying for all of you. Grace and peace be multiplied to all of you, through the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ our Lord. Love , Amy (Taylor) Restine

My precious Kim! I know you will miss him more than words can ever say! You guys had quite a love story, something that will carry you through the heartache you are experiencing. I know the Lord will help you and your children and grandchildren through this very difficult time. We love you and are here for you. Hopefully, we will see you soon. Love you Always!
