Francisco Medina, jr.

After a short battle with cancer, Francisco Medina, jr., 64, passed in his home with loved ones by his side. We grieve at his leaving us but are relieved his battle has come to an end and he has found peace. He was born January 9, 1956 in Manhattan, New York, to Francisco "Paco" and Ana Medina. He was a sociable, funny and positive father. He played fast pitch softball for most of his youth, enjoyed watching sports and fishing in The Keys with family. On January 5, 1980 he married Maria and is survived by his wife and two daughters, Jennifer and Kristin. In accordance with his wishes, he will be cremated. The family will be holding a small gathering in the home at a later date.
