My condolences to the family. Frances was spiritually supportive of my daughter, Taylor, and I, in a very special way. We will always cherish her positive contribution to both our lives. In addition to the most important and biggest contribution - her daughter Tina. Whom I call my best friend and - I wish I was closer to support you in this time honey. You took care of your mom and you are a beautiful daughter. I am loving you from afar in Mexico. Love you. Noel

Our precious Francis, you are so loved and will be dearly missed. From our days going back to North County and Associated Produce, you were the best boss I have ever had. You were tough but true. Busting me chewing gum, pushing that start button extra times when you would catch me trying to sneak past you to punch in on time, (always, lol), making me stay at work hung over. Life lessons, but you taught me so much which built my work ethic that I have even been told by my father is valuable, strong and good. I told him I got it from my Tia Francis, and how you tried to help a young mother find her way in all that chaos back in the day. Thank you for trying to help me, always making me feel like I wasn’t alone, you understood, and you were on my side even if you really weren’t. So much love to you, till I see you again, love always, Rosie.

She was the strongest person I've ever known and she deserves to rest now. She was always generous, full of love and enjoyed life. She never wanted to stay home! I will always admire her for turning to light in times of darkness and teaching me to stay in faith. I will miss her always. Aye chingao.
