Dear Manu, we got to know each other better after the integration of CEEME in Tractebel Impact, when you took up your role as workforce manager. Your commitment and drive to support and integrate our new starters in the beginning of their career were immediately apparent. When you became ill, you never lost that drive and positive attitude, even when the situation became critical. I will never forget your positiveness, humour and warmth for your colleagues. It was an honour to get to know you and it is great to see that many of your initiatives are being continued. All my sincere thoughts to your family and friends for this terrible loss. We will miss you. Liesbeth
