Elmer Dale Duke, 55, of Vienna, WV passed away April 8, 2018 under the loving care of his companion Sheila Collins and Housecalls Hospice.  He was born in Buckhannon, WV, June 14, 1962, son of Elmer Dale Woodson and Charlotte Duke.  Elmer is survived by his loving companion Sheila Collins, two daughters, other family and many friends.
