Edwin Romero, 88, of Taos passed away on September 26, 2021. He is preceded in death by his wife, Jessie Romero, parents, Luis and Eva Romero, brothers, Abenicio Romero, Severo Romero and sister, Dilia Maestas. He is survived by his children, Gilbert Romero (Lynn), Anthony Romero (Erlinda) and Yolanda Yon (Greg), 10 grandchildren, brother, Luis Romero and many other relatives and friends.

Rosary will be recited Tuesday, October 05, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 9AM with Funeral Mass to follow at 10AM. Interment will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 2:15PM.

Sympathies to the Romero family for your loss, Mr Romero was a great example of a kind and caring individual. He treated everyone with respect an will be missed, as he was a very important part of the Cañon community and so many people relied on his automotive knowledge and many services he and his family provided to us. Rest in peace as you are with the people who left us previously to be with our Lord and savior and enjoy lasting and eternal peace.
