Worked with Mr. Duggins in TSTT, fine upstanding gentleman with a willing heart in helping persons in whom he came into contact with. Sleep in Eternal Peace Sir.
Annette Bradshaw
My relationship with Mr. Duggins spans 3 generations. My mother Loveina Bradshaw worked with his mother. He was instrumental in my obtaining employment at Textel/TSTT, and He also knew my daughter Tramaine. My Duggins was always very respectful and courteous and had a keen interest in welfare of others. He was indeed a Blessed man who will be missed. As the saying goes "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." May he rest in eternal peace.
