Mr. Gee Gab
I am very saddened to hear of the passing away of Uncle Bisi Lawrence. May his soul, rest in peace. Amen. He was simply magnificent and very humble. He was known to my late dad, chief Michael Enamejewa. And to some extended family members - because he interviewed my dad in 1988 or thereabouts. My deepest condolences are to his family.

I remember him during my time at The Tent Event Ltd. A friend to my Boss.. Mr. Soleye Hughes. He ran his company “African Event” so well. Unusual voice, precise with his order and quite eloquent. He is indeed one of the good ones. May his soul Rest In Peace.

"Sorrow comes in great waves...but it rolls over us, and though it may almost smother us. It passes and we remain." - Henry James My Grandpa was a humble man; he never liked to be the center of attention. In life and now in death, he wouldn't want us to focus on him. He wouldn't want us to focus on the sadness of his death, but instead focus on the happiness in our lives. He would want us to appreciate each other and our future. A man as humble and loving as Grandpa will always be remembered by those of us who knew him and loved him. Although we will miss him, his smile, his teachings, his love, we take consolation in the good feelings of our memories. I remember my last visit august 16th 2020, Grandpa was reading a book titled *the voice of .....* I can’t really remember the ending, but we were all shocked seeing you read at that age, than you said a word that toughed me, you said “ A journalist never retires until he can’t read and write again”. Then we spoke more on media and you advised because I’m going into the media line, I told you I was putting in for National Broadcasting Academy after my youth service, you were so happy and you told me when I gain admission I should let you know. You were an inspiration to me and I will not let you down. When I had you got admitted In the hospital, my mum Bunmi Lawrence and I was preparing to come greet you the following day, I was so glad because I wanted to give you the good news of my admission into the Broadcasting school but unfortunately we got the call that you passed on, it was a sad evening for my family, but I know you are resting with the Lord. Grandpa, I will always miss you. But I have so many wonderful memories to hang on to. You were a role model, and a friend. Your guidance and love will carry me through to the end of my days. I love you Grandpa, until we meet again. Your granddaughter Jesutofunmi Ogunosun Bunmi Ogunosun (Née) Lawrence daughter
