Durrell Knutson

Dear friends, family and loved ones... As much as we know right now, Durrell passed away on Sunday, 6/28 in his sleep. He had been seeing a doctor and on medication for a dangerous health condition, but we won't know cause of death for another 2-3 months. COVID was not a factor. We had a small and very beautiful family ceremony on Monday July 6th and said goodbye to Durrell's body. We have carried out his wishes to be cremated - and will disperse ashes in Bolinas, Laguna Beach and Todos Santos. We will be sending out information for our "Celebration of Durrell‘s life" event planned for Sunday, July 26th. Please send me emails of anyone who wants to participate over zoom. I purchased a nice plaque to honor Durrell and will be placing it at the Sonoma County Wildlife rescue where he volunteered. For those of you asking to contribute monetary donations, please send payment to my email address via PayPal to benefit the animals in need that Durrell cared about so much. Please direct suggestions or questions to me as well. ❤️
