Dora Jean (Chenoweth) Moellendick, (Dori), 70, of Mineral Wells passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 2024 at her home. She was born July 1, 1953, a daughter of Charles Bernard and Amanda Virginia (Bender) Chenoweth.
Dora retired from Social Security Administration with over 30 years of government service. She spent time caring for her beloved pet, Otis. She also enjoyed movies, was an avid fan of anything Harry Potter.
Dora is survived by her husband, Steve Moellendick, a daughter Erica Chenoweth Simpson (Ron) and granddaughter, Taylor, of Sandy, Utah, sisters Linda, Judy and twin Cora, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by five brothers, Raymond, Franklin, Robert, James, and Donald, and one sister, Janet.
There will not be a public service, but a memorial service will be at a later date.

There is a lot of things about my twin sister. I would call almost every week. I feel part of me is missing her and I would call each other on our birthday.I will always remember the things we did together especially in Virginia ( I think)& watching baby Erica. I am going to miss her a lot.
