Donna Steiger

To become a Legend takes a heroic bravery, humanitarian sacrifices and woman leadership in a very challenging world. This was my Donna- a magical fairy into strange Eastern European countries that were just getting out of Communism’ era (or into illusion that communism was gone). Donna did hundreds outstanding analysis and reports for the area of Tourism and Economy , but she did much more for helping needy groups, vulnerable Women and SME business world. She trained, coached and navigated political leaders, mayors and newcomers business’ entrepreneurs- she was using therapeutic humor, some spicy irony and healthy positive aggressiveness - with great results at the end. Donna changed all rules and social regulations - she was making new recipes for success problem solving in a new social’ community connections. Donna was making regular monitoring meetings with Presidents, PMs and Ministers- she was very creative to comfort them gently and at the end to take all of the needed info of the real problems, often using her trade mark tricks-like “ you are giving me coffee- at the begging of 90thies you were giving me rakia (grappa) as well..” than the talks were ending in a very fun way.... She made so much for all of us, she changed us, she gave us hope. Donna was my best friend, sister and idol -together with my other Angel- Sharon. With my everlasting love, Diana I am still in a denial that she is not materially next to me ....
