I remember Dean when lived in Orange County. I was a child (about 8); he was a young adult, so we really had little in common, other than he seemed to have a "cool" life. Over the years, I would hear about him through my dad's family, but he lived his life, and I grew up and lived my own. When our Uncle Al died, I was the executrix of his will, and we became cousins again. He was a wonderful man, with a big heart. I will always remember him as this lover of his family and a true patriot. Marilyn

I am 2 months older than Dean. When he lived in Orange county Ca. We lived in San Diego. We kept in touch thru the years. My wife Shirley and I have moved to Madison Wis. 12 years ago, he visited with us .during a family re-union about 10 years ago, the last time we met live. I was still in touch.. He will be missed.
