Dawn and I met when I joined the staff at Birks in 1985. She was always very friendly and helpful, showing me the ropes of retail. In the following years the staff enjoyed several "pool parties" at Dawn and Wilf's home - happy memories! We have remained friends sharing lunches together and more recently, phone chats.
