David Peach
July 23rd, 2020
July 23rd, 2020
David Peach departed this Earth on July 23, 2020 in Port St. Lucie, FL at the age of 72 yrs old - or 73 if you were to ask him. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, Dave gave the entirety of his working days to FPL until he retired. He dedicated his life to his family and his motorcycles, both of which sustained his happiness until the end. He lived life intensely and prompted everyone around him to do the same; however, you could always count on him to pause and appreciate the little moments which held a special place in his big heart. He was known for his magnetic personality, endless supply of one liners, and always “telling it like it is” whether you wanted to hear it or not. He is survived by his beautiful family which includes his loving wife of 44 yrs Anita, his three children Carli, Chelsea, and Kevin, his three grandchildren Mackenzie, Miles, and soon-to-be Carter, his brother Don, and the loving network of the extended Peach family. In lieu of funeral services, as Dave never liked to be the center of attention, the family is choosing an intimate celebration of life but welcomes memorial support of donations through GoFundMe, flowers, or personal notes of any kind.

I will always remember the mornings after our sleepovers as kids, waking up to Dave hollering "Cock-a-doodle-doo little kidlets" and it was highly likely Muffie was making some sort of epic breakfast for all of us little monkeys. So many fond memories to cherish. Love to everyone.

This makes it so real. He is my uncle and my godfather. I have so many unforgettable memories growing up around Dave. Some of my favorites are the Chinese food birthdays shared and the countless memories in Daytona every summer for so many years. I can’t imagine family functions without hearing “the best looking in the senior class” or without him “helping” everyone finish what is on their plates. I hope he is smiling down and can see how much he is loved.

Dave spent several years on our porch. We were always eating or watching football. When the other team scored you could here Dave saying the worm has turned

"Be Somebody!" was one of the lines that stuck most from the many catch phrases Dave yelled during our games. As a goalie, he provided a lot of entertainment when your team was on offense. One of the funniest, kindest, and coolest men I've ever met.

Dave was one of the most full of life kind of guys... A family guy for sure. The best part about being a Peach was spending time together and making so many incredible memories. Dave, your infectious laugh, comedy and loud personality will be missed. I have so many great memories and laughs with you. May you rest easy and free your mind knowing your love will forever be etched in our hearts. To the rest of the Peach's we are with you as you grieve and over each of you dearly.

If you we’re friends with Chelsea, Kevin or Carli then you were lucky enough to grow up with the Peach family. One of the best around! I can remember such amazing family dinners at their table. (Thanks Muffie for such wonderful home cooked meals!) Dave gave the best bear hugs and advice! I can still hear him explain to me which Yoo-hoo was better, can vs glass bottle. The best dad, he sets the bar high! We will all miss him immensely! Love you Peaches!
