Dale Orin Christianson

Dale Orin Christianson, age 82, of Hartford, WI passed away peacefully at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton, WI with his wife and children by his side.Dale was born August 22, 1941, to Raymond E. and Anna V. (Merritt) Christianson in Manitowoc, WI. He was raised in Valders, WI where he graduated from Valders High School in 1959.On August 10, 1991, Dale married his soulmate and beloved and loving wife Edith Kuhlmann which joined their two families. Dale brought to the marriage his 4 children, three girls and a son. Edith brought her three girls.Dale was a friendly, caring, loving man of God who had a strong relationship with his Heavenly Father. Dale attended Redeemer Lutheran Church in Hartford, WI.Dale had various jobs throughout his life including being a police officer in Appleton, WI and Phoenix, AZ, but there was no job in his life that was more important to him than the job of being a husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He loved his family dearly and they were always the focus of his life.Dale is survived by his wife Edith; sister Jane (Curtis) Mrozinski of Manitowoc, WI; brother-in-law Kim Kuhlman of Hartford. Children Lori Christianson of Fayetteville, NC; Wendy Christianson of Green Bay, WI; Kay Christianson of Oshkosh, WI; his only son David (Jill) Christianson of Appleton, WI; Marcia (Scott) Dunn of Janesville, WI; Paulette (Jason) Keith of Twin Lakes, WI; and Annette (Chris) Nokes of Maple Grove, MN; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and other loved nieces, nephews, relatives and many loving neighbors and friends.He was proceeded in death by his parents Raymond & Anna Christianson; father and mother-in-law Don and Bev (Harris) Kuhlman: brother Bob Christianson; sister-in-law Karen (Gilkes) Christianson; brother-in-law Jay Kuhlman; sister-in-law Mary Kay "Mimi" (Koster) Kuhlman and other family members and friends.The family would also like to send a special thank you to Becky, Mark and Lisa.
