Thinking of you today Mummy. Gone from this earth but never from our hearts. Love and miss you. x

My deepest sympathy and condolences to the Davis family, Aunty Cynthia you were a beautiful flower picked from the flower bed to be a sweet smelling savor in the presence of your maker, it is hard to come to terms with the fact that we will never hear from you again in this life physically, sweet memories fill me any time I remember the advice you always gave me, every time you’re near me you remind me of my grandfather, a lot in your smile and in your talking, fair thee well auntie you have fought a good fight and you won the race and you’ve now gone home to rest in peace. I will meet you one day when I have finished my purpose here, I will come home too. I love

Deepest sympathy and condolences to Uncle D and the Davis family. We pray that God will comfort your hearts at this sad and difficult time and give you his peace which passeth all understanding. Aunty Cynthia was a lovely and kind Aunty to our mother (your Cousin Nerry) and good and supportive Grand-Aunt to us. Aunty Cynthia and Mummy had a special relationship. We remember her as one of the first women driver in the family and a real ‘go getter’ which I found inspiring. The first time I tasted KFC was when Aunty Cynthia bought it in the 80s.

Dearest Gran, The Matriarch of the Davis family, the place where the entrepreneurial spirit in the family stems from, the prayer warrior, the worshipper, Evangelist and great woman of Faith.. Even though we lived in different countries, you are part of some of my fondest childhood memories. I remember talking to you on the phone, writing letters to you and being so excited to receive a reply. I remember feeling excited whenever dad would tell us you and Grandad were flying over and also being extremely happy to receive your delicious cake you sent back for us whenever dad would visit you. I cherish the time dad came back home with a bottle of your special mixture for me to add to my cakes when I was baking - I felt so special to receive that. I always ask dad about you and Grandad and it was always in my heart to visit you both with my family so they can meet you. I'm sure you would have loved them and they you too. It's heartbreaking that we won't be able to now, but I'm comforted to you got to see them via video and pictures. Thank you for the legacy you have left in all of our hearts. We love you and will miss you dearly. You ran you race well and now it's time to rest in the arms of our Saviour. Your Granddaughter Claire xxx To Grandad, keep strong. We love you and you are in our prayers! xxx

Aunt Cynthia has lived a long life so let us give thanks for her life. May the love of JESUS CHRIST always surround her. My condolences to the family: be of good courage. Life is like a flower: it blooms, it's beautiful and gives us much joy and then it fade. Love always, Pearl and family.
