Cody Wayne Phillips, 21, passed away Sunday, August 12, 2018. He was born on July 6, 1997 in Midland to Bernie & Dena Phillips of Midkiff, Texas. Cody was very active at Rankin High School, playing football & participating in 4H. He was very passionate about performing in One Act Plays. Upon his graduation in 2015, his love of hunting, fishing & the outdoors inspired him to continue his education to be a Texas Game Warden. Cody was currently attending Sul Ross University in Alpine, Texas. He loved to work on his RatRod with his dad and being at the lake with his mom. He will be forever remembered for his big heart, many hugs, smiles and I love yous. Cody you are missed so much and we love you so much.
