Clarence Wayne Delancy, 56, of Parkersburg passed away June 29, 2017 at Eagle Pointe of Parkersburg. He was born December 31, 1960 a son of the late Clarence Eugen and Patricia Robinson Delancy. Clarence is survived by his wife Barbara Gaye Whipkey Delancy, brother Bernie Delancy, sister Deborah Bailey and five nieces and nephews.
