I remember Calvin in 1951 when he and 2 others were my room mates in Pre-flight school of USN at Pensacola. A very nice affable guy.

Cal was a long time friend and past business associate. Cal was a very unique person; very adventurous, great salesman, loved life and the outdoors. He was a true dreamer and often was able to fulfill his dreams and those of others. Served his country well as a Navy pilot in combat. Will long be remember for his influence on others. Many good memories together sailing Lake Superior, Cross X skiing, Mooney flight from MN to Virgin Islands, parties and boating together on the St. Croix. Cal was truly one of a kind. My condolences to the family
