Written by Brent before his passing: It’s been an interesting time for me lately. Lots of introspection and observation, as my ability to extrovert is severely limited. I’ve seen friends and family come out of the woodwork to pay their condolences, to support my wife and family at this time, and just show overall kindness. I’ve encountered those that seek to unburden themselves of things that may not seem quite balanced or finished in this life before my passing. I’ve even seen a few that seek to discourage or dissuade me from my faith, a faith which admittedly has brought my tremendous peace and calm in the midst of these storms. Those attempts really just bring a smile to my face as futility often does.
