What lesson(s) did Bobbie teach you?

Aunt Bobbie taught me patience, love and soft spoken words. I recall the first time I met Aunt Bobbie, she wasn’t the first one to speak nor the first one to give a hug to me or the first one to ask me a question as the new comer to the family. Bobbie was the one person who spoke to me when all the introductions were done and there was a quiet moment. Aunt Bobbie wanted to genuinely connect with you and ask you the kind of questions that made you feel comfortable & loved. She spoke softly at times with the most straightforward advice, support and care. Aunt Bonnie taught me patience & grace while watching her priceless interactions with those she loved including my family and especially our baby boys as they grew up. Aunt Bobbie’s smile could always light up a room and fill your heart with joy from her hugs. Thank you for sharing your life with me Aunt Bobbie. Thank you for accepting me as I was, for your support and loving me unconditionally. I am a better woman for having you in my life and will always carry you in my heart. Love you always until we meet again, Bridget
