Billy Wayne Scott was born July 4 1984 to Larry and Janice (Scott) Biggs he gained his angel wings April 10, 2021. He was preceded in death by whom he called dad Terry Hendrix and his maternal grandparents.He is survived by his mother Janice, his wife Heather Scott and her children, two brothers Tommy Lee Scott and Ray Carter, one sister Tiffany Modena, his children Tyler, Katie, Keniowah, and Mary. Along with several nieces and nephews. His passion in life was his kids and he will be truly missed.
