Celebration of Life for Bill Smart

Bill Smart

When our dad chose to go onto hospice in late October of 2020, this is what he shared: "It feels like I'm preparing to go on a trip. Sometimes I look up at the sky at night and though I can't see well, I can still see a few really bright stars. I look at them and think about all the people who have gone before me and I am not afraid." ~ Bill Smart Bill Smart 08/17/1926 - 12/5/2020 Paul William Smart, (Bill, Billy), 94 years old, of Southport Indiana, passed away at home on December 5th in Pompano Beach Florida. 08/17/1926 - 12/5/2020 Bill was born on August 17, 1926 at the Smart Farm on McFarland Road in Southport, Indiana, to Jeannette May Brown and George William Smart, Jr. His sister Georgia (8) welcomed him, and his younger sister Barbara Joanne (Bobbie) was born in 1927.
