Beatrice Warwick Jones

On December 30, 2023, Bertie Beatrice “Beebe” Jones departed on her final journey. Born in Locust Grove, GA, in November 1938, and residing in Tucker, GA, Beebe left a legacy filled with intellectual curiosity and adventure. A proud alumna of Emory University, Beebe dedicated her career to the medical field as a skilled radiological technician. She found joy in the pages of countless books and traveled the world extensively, visiting all 50 U.S. states and over 50 countries. Her love and wisdom will be deeply missed by her beloved daughter, Katherine Hannon, her three cherished grandsons, her two treasured step-grandchildren, and the many lives she touched. Beebe’s journey with her late husband, Hammond Jones, was one of true partnership and exploration. Beebe is survived by her brother, Loy Warwick, her sister-in-law, Marie Warwick, and many nieces and nephews. Beebe Jones' life story is one of exploration, learning, and the enduring power of love for family and friends.
