Barbara Kay Klink

Barbara “Barb” Kay (Lowry) Klink of Blaine passed away peacefully on April 12, 2022 at Mercy Hospital in Coon Rapids, MN at the age of 73. She was being visited and comforted by family members at the time of her passing.

Barb was born on March 17, 1949 in Spencer, IA to Harvey and Virginia Lowry. She graduated from Osseo High School in 1967. In 1985, Barb started employment with Anoka County Court Administration and retired in 2006. During much of this time, she was also very involved with Blaine Youth Hockey Association and her daughter, Jennifer’s passion for dance. Barb also enjoyed traveling with family, spending time with and keeping tabs on her grandchildren, and was an avid reader throughout her life.

Barb is survived by and will be missed by her son Mark (Shelle) Klink; her daughter Jennifer (Josh) Hexum; her grandchildren Trevor, Gabrielle, Christian, Karrighan, and Mathew; her mother Virginia Lowry; her siblings Linda Lahr, Steve (Dottie) Lowry, and Paul (Debbie) Lowry; and her former spouse Larry Klink. She is preceded in death by her father, Harvey Lowry.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the home of Mark and Shelle Klink on June 25, 2022 at 1:00 p.m.
