Barbara was born in  Arkansas on March 15, 1942, and from a young age, her strong will and steady heart were evident. Life presented its challenges, but Barbara met them with grace and a deep, quiet strength.

As a single mother she worked tirelessly to give her children stability and a home filled with Love.

Barbara was a great cook, and her meals were more than food, they were acts of love, her recipes fed not just bodies but souls, Around her table, family gathered and memories were made.

She Loved to dance, and when she did it was as though time paused, a reminder that even even the strongest among us have a softness, a joy, a spark of youth inside them.

Her life was loud, a meaningful life with pain, she didn't need to announce her presence she was felt. And she will continue to be felt for generations .

            "

Her children rise up and call her blessed;

Her works praise her at the gates.”
