The true light in everyone’s life. An incredible mom, sister, daughter, and friend who spread unconditional love, support, and kindness to anyone she would meet. Her ability to be truly genuine and thoughtful was a rare gift that impacted so many people in her life. She was the person who would sit down with you for hours, talking about life, and truly cared to listen about whatever you had to say. She was the person who, if your car was broken down 500 miles away, would be there to pick you up in a heart beat. She was a one of a kind woman who had the ability to make everyone around her feel important and loved, even if she didn’t know you. There are not enough words to describe all the wonderful things about her, so we would love for everyone to share any pictures, stories, or kind words about Ashley

Chloe

Hannorah and Ashley holding baby doll Billy who is a survivor from the childhood of many cousins. He’s missing fingers. He has wonky eyes and many scars. He mysteriously turns up on the doorstep of a cousin. He is well traveled. And is passed along in a secretive manner. Ashley relished this ritual. She took great joy in passing him along (probably in the dark of night) to the next unsuspecting cousin.

Annual Pie Baking 1989. Ashley’s hat so cute with Christmas bulbs hanging off it. And those little aprons. So fun!! My heart is full of so many Ashley memories. Love & miss you!

Ashley & Lea used to spend a week at my house during the summer. Often with other cousins. They would come to the office with me & actually work. This is Ashley working on the computer. Ashley did a lot of data entry & sorting. I mean a lot! She was extremely good at it. I’m guessing she was maybe in 7th-8th grade here. Get a load of those nails!
