I send my love and condolences to Ariel's loved ones during this difficult time. I only knew Ariel for a short time, but I was able to tell that she was a very special lady. I recall meeting her at James and Megan's wedding and she radiated so much kindness and happiness. I have read the messages below and it's clear to see that she touched the lives of so many people in her community. I want to share a quote that came to mind when thinking of the impact she had on others, "What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity. These are but trifles, to be sure, but scattered along life's pathway, the good they do is inconceivable." - Joseph Addison I wish I'd had the chance to spend more time to get to know Ariel. May she rest in peace. With love and sympathy, Daisy Tapia P.S. I've uploaded some photos on behalf of Kenny.

Ariel, It's still hard to believe the news. You were such a beautiful and kind spirit in everything you did. Given our close proximity in the official Luna grandchild order™, we were always crossing paths at Nana's house, on camping trips with Uncle Richard, and at various holiday functions growing up. And I have so many warm memories of you that will stick with me. A shortlist: - Your impeccable ability to recall the birth dates of family members, friends, and anyone in between. Only a few months ago, you dropped my wife Genevieve a birthday card in the mail (so thoughtful!) that you had custom-decorated. - Your love of animals, and more specifically, tigers. I recall your many tiger stuffed animals growing up. - Your knack for reminding me that you were forever 1 year older than me. And you always made it feel like I could catch up somehow. - Your friendliness and willingness to get to know people. I can't count the number of times I've had "Oh, I think I know your cousin Ariel!" moments. - Your laugh and silliness. The world could use more of that these days! We will all miss you dearly. Rest easy cousin.

I will always remember my niece Ariel with the biggest smile, kindest heart, and a fierce protective love for her family and friends. She was absolutely the most thoughtful person I've ever known, always remembered my birthday, my grandchildren and great-grandchildren too. At one point, she said, "Aunt Sally, you're family is growing too fast!" She was very artistic, creative and had the best penmanship creating the most thoughtful cards. I especially loved the pictures of her Out of Africa furry friends that she sent in my birthday card this year. She knew each one by name.. very impressive. I'll always remember her laugh, and how even the slightest thing could trigger her uncontrollable laughter, such as the time when she visited here in Mississippi. She went with me to our local grocery store, and all of a sudden she started laughing so hard that she couldn't even speak. When I asked her what was so funny, she pointed to the Piggly Wiggly store logo-which looks just like porky pig wearing a sailor's cap! That was so funny. Anytime after that, if I thought she needed a good laugh, I would send her a picture of that store logo. I will miss her forever, her laughter, her love and hearing her squeal.. Aunt Sally as she came running to me with open arms. I cherish my memories with her and of her. She was deeply loved by all of us. Rest in peace, baby girl.

i didn't get to see my cousin ariel but once. and she felt like she was a sister to me. but she never forgot a birthday. for me. my brothers. my parents. even my kids. that she never met. and every birthday she would send birthday cards. even holidays. and my son, ryland, loves animals and she sent him a card with tons of pictures from "Out of Africa" with the names and history and he absolutely loved it. she was the kindest and most generous and loving girl anyone could have met. i wrote her a song and im going to post the link on here. i hope y'all enjoy. https://www.bandlab.com/post/c16e2fe6-57f7-ec11-b47a-281878315d59

I knew Ariel in high school and she was always high energy and carefree. She worked hard and was a very nice person. It was a pleasure to know her when I did.
