Angus "Rusty" Cyril Kiser III born December 16, 1956 in Whittier, California to Angus "Gus" Kiser Jr. and Barbara Kiser passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020. Rusty had a short but aggressive battle with cancer and passed peacefully at his sons home in Winston Salem, North Carolina. He was a loving son, father and grandfather who will be missed dearly. Rusty is preceded in death by his father Gus Kiser and survived by his mother Barbara Kiser; three children Audrey Kiser, Jessica Kiser Holder (husband Jesse) and Alexander Kiser; three grandchildren Tripp, Harper and Catherine.

I'll never forget Uncle Rusty's deep, resonating voice, and laugh. Follow that voice and you're sure to find a good time. I only wish we all got more time with that loveable ogre.

Rusty and I shared being the "German Outlaws" and though we were far outnumbered with the Irish we held our own....He was a great cook, wonderful father and a very fun Uncle to our children. He loved life and his children and grandchildren. He will be missed! Thank you for this link since we can't be there in person. God Bless you all. Hugs to all of the Kisers!

When I think of Rusty I remember Thanksgiving and family gatherings and Rusty in charge of it all- at least the turkeys! He was quite the Martha Stewart when it came to entertaining. (He'd shoot me for saying that. In fact he used to peg me Martha Stewart!) He was always, always hospitable. I'm sure he got that from the Queen of Entertaining herself, his mom. Barbara God bless you and Gus for giving us Rusty.
