The family and loved ones of Alec Walker are sad to announce that he passed unexpectedly in sleep. He is mourned by his loving wife Moira, cousins Susan and Bea and the parishioners of St.Luke’s. Family and close friends will gather at a private ceremony on Friday May 27th to celebrate his life.
Please direct condolences to Susan Walker and consider making a donation in Alec’s name to the Scottish Veterans housing Association in lieu of flowers.

Sorry to hear of your loss. My Dad had a best friend called Alec Walker when he was younger - used to cycle, both served apprenticeships in John Brown Landboilers in Clydebank. Wondering if this is one and the same. Thank you for the response.
