Ahmad (ACE) Muhammad

Ahmad was the youngest of 3 children born on the southside of Chicago. He has always been known for his generous heart, his commitment to helping others and beating the odds.  His early years were tough due to not having a lot of money and at times wondered when he would be able to have a meal.  He learned how to survive with very little.  At a very young age he battled testicular cancer and remained cancer free until his passing.  The doctors told him that he would not be able to have children but he proved them wrong by having two boys Elijah and Asia. 

His fight with medical issues did not stop with cancer.  In his late 30's he develped a brain tumor the size of a golf ball on his pitutary gland.  He had the tumor removed and his health began to improve.  Before his passing he was diagnosed with diabeties and high blood pressure. 

Ahmad lived for his music and his style of clothing.  His favorite genre of music was hip hop and hard rock. His style of clothing was very relaxed with jeans and a T-shirt and to top everything off he wore his favorite baseball cap which was often times too big for his head...lol.  He had a infectious laugh and smile.  He was a realist and said it like it was.  He was known to be a very hard worker and was honest.  He always tried to help others out who were struggling. 

Ahmad's did not follow the triditional path in life.  Instead he choose to follow his own and at times it brought great rewards and in other times great sorrow.
