She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Bertha Farmer; and is survived by her husband of 39 years, Timothy Dale Middleton; her children Sarah Wulfankitt, Matthew Middleton, and David Middleton; and her grandchild Ashlynn Smith. Viewing and service July 6th at First Pentecostal Church at 10am.
