What a privilege it was to know Tim. He was, without question, one of the most wonderful people I have ever had the honour of calling my friend - and I was humbled by the unstinting, generous and kind friendship he showed me. I knew Tim for nigh on 20 years, first getting to know him when we were on the opposite sides of some internet drama (which we promptly both agreed was a tad silly) but soon became pretty much inseparable. Over that time we enjoyed the great times and helped each other through the bumps in the road. According to him, he also saved my marriage by finding a plumber, who, appropriately, was called Mario, to extract my wedding ring from a drain after it flew off my finger at my Wedding Breakfast. Tim and I - along with Jon Brady and Chris Coleman - recorded countless podcasts together. Tim's love for his hobbies and friends is what kept the show together - and is what made it so enjoyable for so many. I know it was always one of the highlights of my week and always loved talking utter nonsense with him, even if getting a word in edgeways was sometimes a challenge! As many others have said, Tim brought so much happiness and positivity to those around him. He brought together folks from different walks of life and built communities that so many of us benefit from. Whilst it remains painfully sad that he has gone, I will be forever grateful that he was part of my life and am thankful that I will be able to take solace in the countless memories of great times, good laughs and a shared appreciation of whimsical nerdiness. -Dan

All the memories I have of Tim are ones of kindness, acceptance and a calming presence. Tim was so welcoming to myself and my husband when we met him the first time. It was as if we had known him for years. We took a trip together to Amsterdam one year and he’s gentle and calm nature made the trip so enjoyable. He was so easy to talk to and connect with and such s good man to his beautiful fiancé. I’m grateful for having the opportunity to get to know Tim for a short while and he will be so dearly missed. Sending all my love and I wish my sweet Lyns and Tim’s family all the strength and courage through this time✨ 💛

Tim has been a dear friend for over a decade, and I thought he would be one I'd keep until the end. I honestly thought he'd outlive most of us. From the moment I met him he was incredibly kind, charming, and charismatic. He invited me and a friend to appear on a live show of Sarcastic Gamer and we kept in touch and were friends ever since. I think the biggest bonding was when we went to E3 and stayed in the same hotel together. He was an insanely kind host and went out of his way to make sure we were all comfortable and had a great time, even when we were stressed out or trying to get everything done. Over the years I learned a lot from him about how to be a kinder and friendlier person to others, and I am lucky I have those lessons to take on and pass on as well. One thing that has been emphasised to me a lot in recent times is that this isn't a unique story for Tim: there are so many people who he extended kindness to, even when they didn't think they deserved it, and he held everyone in his heart as much as he could. He was intensely kind and strangely charismatic, and there are so many people who have made lifelong friends or met people they've loved because of him. I really wish I could have been there more, and I wish I got more photos of us together through the years, but I'm glad I have and can keep the memories. Wherever he's gone to, he'll be setting up a board games night and making sure everything's ready for the rest of us to have the best time. I'm going to miss him so much. Tim, thank you for your kindness, your energy, your care, and for bringing so many people together over the years. You are, and will always be one of the best of us. Thank you for everything, truly. -Ed

What is your favorite memory shared with Tim?

I didn't know Tim for overly long as I was more of a late comer to TTT but as a bit of a self described loner I find it hard to ingratiate myself into social situations. I came one week, sat alone just watching people that had been coming for however long chatting away when Tim arrived late and after saying hi to everyone came over to myself and we ended up chatting and all that worry kinda just went away. It felt odd that someone who put the whole thing together would bother but that's why I've been coming since as there's no space that's felt as safe since that interaction
