Jill Austin

Jill Austin Home Going Celebration Jill Ann Austin blessed us with her presence on September 12, 1946 (age 74) and received her wings on August 21, 2021. Born to the late Olen Austin and Elsie (Holliday) Austin and raised in Clinton IA. Graduating from Clinton High School, music was her passion. Jill majored in music that led her to singing Opera. In 1966, Jill married Peter L. Krajnovich and began a beautiful life together. Jill and Peter had three beautiful children John, Matthew, and Rachel. Jill worked for Pledger & Pledger law firm and Mercy Medical Center. She enjoyed shopping, painting, crochet, caring for animals and loved to dance. Jill was active in feeding the homeless and donating to the animal shelters. Jill loved spending time with family and friends for the holidays. Jill would set a special time aside for her grandchildren whom she loved more than anything. Jill is survived by her three children, John Krajnovich (Mary) of Clinton IA, Matthew Krajnovich (Criselda) of Katy TX, and Rachel Krajnovich (Yolanda) of Spring TX; a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two brothers, David Austin (Jolie) of Amelia Court House, VA and Bruce Austin (Jane) of Clinton IA. Jill was preceded in death by her parents Olen and Elsie Austin, and her sister Susan E. Dau.
