A su esposa cariñosa Judith Ruiz, 3 niños sobrevive a Sr. Ruiz; Fernando, Jr., Amy y Tania Ruiz todo de Santa Fe así como otros miembros de familia cariñosos. Una visión pública será llevada a cabo el domingo 9 de agosto de 2009 a través del día con un funeral para seguir en el 6:00 P.M. en la funeraria de la familia de Rivera en Espanola (Bloquee-Salazar antes el mortuorio).
