Idris DaKaray Green-Lewis

On Tuesday, April 2, 2013, the weather was a sunny crisp 45 degrees in Chicago. This was the day two cool little dudes were born. Idris DaKaray entered the world first weighing a mere 2 lbs. Approximately 8 minutes later here comes little brother Christian weighing in at 3lbs. Idris fought hard to stay here on Earth from the time of his first breath.

Idris developed a love for vehicles: Planes, trains, buses, trucks, and minivans to name a few. He loved going for rides on CTA, Metra, and Amtrak trains. The bus rides with his family were always an adventure to him. The destination was irrelevant, the journey was the highlight of the trip.

Idris anticipated going to the park with his twin brother. They would start a brotherly game of Tag which would quickly turn into a friendly group game with the other children at the park.

Idris’ favorite party place to have fun during school breaks and for birthdays is Hollywood Park. The thrill of playing all the games that give out the most tickets. BONUS, JAKCPOT!! Chi-ching, Time to cash in!! “What do I want? Ok, now it’s time for pizza, Ma!”
